- Automatic and Hand Barrel Lines

Our automatic and hand barrel lines are designed to process your bulk plating requirements.
The automated barrel line is designed specifically for copper (cyanide) plating
and can also strip off copper coatings from parts. The hand barrel line can bulk
plate copper, nickel and tin over steel, brass and aluminum.
- Automatic and Hand Rack Lines

Our automatic rack line can process copper, nickel, duplex nickel and chrome over
steel, stainless steel and brass. We can plate parts as large as 48 x 60 inches.
Our hand rack line can plate electroless nickel (cadmium and lead free available),
brass, nickel and chrome over steel, brass and aluminum.
- Electroless Nickel

Our electroless nickel line can process any brass, steel or aluminum parts in both
rack and bulk plating. We can accommodate those customers who require cadmium and
lead free electroless nickel.
- Copper Strip
-
Whitaker also does Copper Strip. We can remove copper coatings after heat treat,
or for any other reason.
- Brite Dip

Brite Dipping of Brass is a restoration process which cleans and polishes brass
tarnished from other operations. This process is available in both rack and barrel
applications.
- Polishing

We also offer custom polishing on brass, steel and aluminum. This allows us to create
a great surface to plate, and is the key to high quality finished products.
- Custom Satin Nickel
-
Whitaker also provides a satin nickel finish for our customers. Each product is
satined individually, then coated with a clear coat to protect the finish. Our finish
is superb!
